Baked Camembert with Nut Crackers
Fun, easy & delightfully moreish
- 1 small Camembert in a wooden box
- 1 tsp freshly cut thyme
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh chilli, finely diced
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Madras curry
- Thinly sliced nut raisin bread
How to make
Place the wooden bottom of your Camembert inside the lid along with the Camembert itself. Make fine incisions in the top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the cheese with thyme, garlic, chilli and nutmeg, followed by honey and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the box on the cooking plate of the OFYR or Tabl'O for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted. In the meantime toast your bread on the cooking plate with a little oil. Put the toasts at random in the cheese and serve the dish straight away.
