Warm Oysters with Creamy Spinach & Parmesan

Our favourite aphrodisiac

Ingredients

  • 1kg mussels
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 1 shallot, shredded
  • Aluminium foil

How to make

Open the oysters. Cut the spinach in fine slices and mix them with the other ingredients. Spoon some of this mix on the oysters and put each of them on an individual tray of aluminium foil on the cooking plate. Once the oyster is warm, not hot, they're ready to serve.
