OFYR Cedar Boards
Use the OFYR Cedar Boards to add a touch of smoke to your food. The food absorbs the fragrant wood smoke as the plank slowly smolders. Soak the planks in water for at least an hour before placing them on the cooking surface. This ensures they will smolder, which produces the best smoke flavour, and it keeps them from burning up quickly during cooking! Cedar wood gives a robust, sweet, smokey flavour and is perfect for Salmon, meats and other seafood.

As standard, OFYRs will be delivered to the kerbside outside your property, so please make sure you're available when it arrives. If there's anything that might make it tricky for us to deliver — like uneven roads or overhanging trees — make sure to let us know.
